We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchased item to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (including returns); consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returned products.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund can be issued.
